The Process

Start looking! Whether you have 2 months until your anticipated move or only a week, get started now. How? First, contact any one of our professional leasing agents by either calling, stopping in at one of our four offices or emailing an agent. Or, you can begin browsing without the assistance of an agent by using this site. You can set up your own account, browse listings, save your favorites and e-mail them to friends and family. Or you can contact one of our agents, provide them with your search criteria, our agent will do all the work of searching for you. You sit back and relax, let our professional agents do the work.

Set up an account. Click "Get Started Today" below and simply input your name and an email address. Your own personal account will be immediately created. Then, browse the site, mark your favorites, send them to friends, or use the helpful contact area to ask the listing agent any questions you have. Your favorites are saved until you are ready to review them.

Schedule showings with one of our agents. Let one of The Agency's leasing agents know which properties you would like to see and your availability, and we will do the rest. Your leasing agent will contact the landlord's agent for each property and schedule your individual showing. Importantly, your leasing agent only show the properties that you want to see and only those properties that meet your particular requirements. Your agent will meet you at the property or will drive you from our offices to all of your scheduled appointments.

Apply for a property. Once you have selected a a property, you will need to submit a rental application, providing information concerning your employment and prior landlord. The Agency will do a credit check and verify your employment and prior landlord. Your application will be submitted to the landlord for their review. The Agency does not make any decisions concerning the approval of your application. You will be required to pay an application fee of $50 per applicant ($75 per married couple), pay the first and last month's rent and any security and/or pet deposit required by the landlord. All security deposits are payable to, and held exclusively by, the landlord and not The Agency.

Get Approved.  Upon approval, you will be notified promptly and a lease will be prepared for you and the landlord to sign. At that time, you will also be provided with any information concerning your particular move-in and how you will be given access.
